My focus is to motivate, inspire and encourage you along the way to reach and even surpass your fitness goals. I can design fitness programs to fit into your life – create effective workouts that get you results without spending hours a week training. I am fully qualified and specialise in post-natal fitness, as well as martial arts based training. I use my unique training and experience to provide each client with a varied and personal program combining different exercises I have used in my own training.
